69B-232.140. Penalties for Violations of the Other Florida Insurance Code Provisions

Effective on Sunday, November 10, 2019

1Unless otherwise specified in this rule chapter or in the code provision violated, the stated penalty for a violation of a provision of the Florida Insurance Code shall be a suspension for six (6) months if the violation was willful or shall be a suspension for three (3) months if the violation was non-willful.
