69K-16.004. Examination for Licensure by Endorsement.

Effective on Tuesday, July 8, 2003

1Any person desiring to be licensed as a funeral director or embalmer by endorsement, as provided in Chapter 497, F.S., shall apply to the Department, have passed the examination(s) appropriate to the licensure sought, as set forth in Section 40497.369 41or 42497.374, F.S., 44and shall pass the examination required in Rule 5269K-16.0001, 53F.A.C.
