69K-16.005. Reexaminations.

Effective on Sunday, April 22, 2001

1Applicants for licensure as embalmers and/or funeral directors who fail to achieve a passing grade on the required examinations may make application to retake the examination failed at the next regularly scheduled examination. Each subsequent application submitted shall be accompanied by the appropriate application fee.
