69O-149.200. Purpose

1The purpose of this part is to establish the standard annual risk rates pursuant to Section 17627.6675(3), F.S., 19to be used as the maximum rate for group conversion insurance forms and by the Florida Comprehensive Health Association (“FCHA”) in establishing rates for coverages issued by the association.
