69O-150.119. Enforcement Procedures  


Effective on Tuesday, January 4, 2000
  • 1(1) Each insurer shall maintain at its home or principal office a complete file containing:

    16(a) Every printed, published or prepared advertisement of its individual policies;

    27(b) Typical printed, published or prepared advertisement of its blanket, franchise, and group policies hereafter disseminated in this state; and,

    47(c) A notation attached to such advertisement indicatng the manner and extent of distribution and the form number of any policy advertised.

    69(2) The file shall specifically include those advertisements submitted by and approved for use by agents, brokers or others.

    88(3) The file shall be available for inspection by the Office.

    99(4) All advertisements shall be maintained in the file for a period of four years or until the filing of the next regular report or examination of the insurer, whichever is the longer period of time.
