69V-160.028. Form of Records Kept by Licensee

  • 1The records required by Section 6516.12, F.S., 8shall be kept in accordance with sound and accepted accounting practices, but no particular form is required for keeping the records. In addition to the general records, a licensee shall maintain a log of all insurance claims, repossessions, and litigation. Such forms and systems of accounting shall be used as will enable the Office of Financial Regulation to determine compliance with the Florida Consumer Finance Act. Contemplated herein is the use of electronic data systems.
