6A-10.015. Appointment of Committees

Effective on Thursday, December 5, 1974

1The Commissioner of Education is authorized to appoint such councils, committees or task forces as may be necessary and desirable to carry out the functions of the Department of Education unless appointment is otherwise provided by law or regulations of the State Board of Education. A division director of the Department of Education may appoint such councils, committees or task forces as may be necessary and desirable to carry out the functions of his division.
