73B-20.010. Consolidation

Effective on Monday, August 5, 2019

1If there are separate appeals which involve the same factual situation, similar issues of law or identity of parties, the Office of Appeals may schedule a consolidated hearing for the purpose of taking evidence and receiving argument with respect to all of the appeals; however, the Office of Appeals shall not schedule a consolidated hearing if consolidation would prejudice the rights of any party thereto. The Commission may also direct the Office of Appeals to consolidate cases for the seasons set forth above.
