60BB-5.010. Consolidation (Transferred)

  • 1If there are separate appeals which involve the same factual situation, similar issues of law or identity of parties, the appeals referee may schedule a consolidated hearing for the purpose of taking evidence and receiving argument with respect to all of the appeals; however, the referee shall not schedule a consolidated hearing if consolidation would prejudice the rights of any party thereto.
