60BB-5.010. Consolidation (Transferred)

Effective on Thursday, May 22, 1980

1If there are separate appeals which involve the same factual situation, similar issues of law or identity of parties, the appeals referee may schedule a consolidated hearing for the purpose of taking evidence and receiving argument with respect to all of the appeals; however, the referee shall not schedule a consolidated hearing if consolidation would prejudice the rights of any party thereto.
