73B-21.005. Notice to Parties

Effective on Wednesday, August 20, 1986

1(1) All interested parties shall be notified in writing of the pendency of review by the Commission.

18(2) A copy of all briefs, motions, documents and correspondence filed with the Commission shall be served on the opposing party or parties.
