1The purpose of this part is to approve portions of the Monroe County Comprehensive Plan adopted on April 15, 1993 by Ordinance 016-1993, which are in compliance with the Principles for Guiding Development for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern, Section 380.0052(7), Florida Statutes, to reject portions of the comprehensive plan which are not in compliance with the principles, and to reject a portion of the adoption ordinance which places conditions upon the adoption of the comprehensive plan. The plan approved by these rules will supersede the plan approved by Part I of Rule Chapter 9J-14, F.A.C.
