9J-14.021. Rejection of a Portion of Section 8 of Monroe County Ordinance 016-1993, Placing Conditions on the Adoption of the Monroe County Comprehensive Plan (Transferred)

1The Department rejects that portion of the last sentence of Section 8 of Ordinance 016-1993 which provides “. . . however, in the event that the Administration Commission acts to revise or amend Policy 1 of the Policy Document, this entire ordinance shall be null and void.”
