  • 1The Department of Community Affairs has determined that the Monroe County Comprehensive Plan Policy Document and Map Atlas, consisting of the Future Land Use, Soils, Natural Features and Future Traffic Circulation Maps (a/k/a Future Transportation Maps) are in compliance with Section 42380.0552(7), 43Florida Statutes, and are approved, except for the following portions which are rejected:

    56(1) Policy Document:

    59(a) The sixth (6th) sentence of General Policy 1, beginning “From these combined sources . . .” through the ninth (9th) sentence of General Policy 1 inclusive.

    86(b) The following words and phrases of Objective 101.2: “the 1990,” “of 35 hours to 30 hours by the year 2002 and,” and “by the year 2010”.
