The Department of Community Affairs has determined that the following amendments to the Monroe County Land Use District Map, referenced in Ordinance number 022-1989, are in conformance with Chapter 28-29, Florida Administrative Code: 1, 13, 14, 24, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 35, 36, 36S, 38, 50, 54, 54S, 63, 65, 72, 73, 76 (designating Lots 1-4, Block 2, Oceana, Key Largo as SC, Suburban Commercial), 83 (designating Tract 3B, Mandalay Subdivision, Key Largo as SR, Suburban Residential), 85, 88, 95, 97.

    540(3) Ordinance 020-1989. The Department of Community Affairs has determined that the following amendments to the Monroe County Land Use District Map, referenced in Ordinance number 020-1989, are in conformance with Chapter 28-29, Florida Administrative Code: 19, 32, 63, 153, 163, 166, 170-171, 175, 176, 177, 196, 208/209 (designating lots 8-11, block 1, Boatman’s Colony, Plantation Key as SC, Suburban Commercial), 267, 277, JHT, COG-1, ENCH.

    606(4) Ordinance 032-1990. The Department of Community Affairs has determined that Ordinance 032-1990, amending the Monroe County Land Use District Map, is in conformance with the Principles for Guiding Development for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern, Chapter 646380.0552(7), F.S.

    648(5) Ordinance 024-1991. The Department of Community Affairs has determined that Ordinance 024-1991, amending the Monroe County Land Use District Map Plan, is in compliance with the Principles for Guiding Development for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern, Section 689380.0552(7), F.S.

    691(6) Ordinance 007-1992. The Department of Community Affairs has determined that Ordinance 007-1992, amending the Monroe County Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations, is in compliance with the Principles for Guiding Development for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern, Section 733380.0552(7), F.S.

    735(7) Ordinance 018-1993. The Department of Community Affairs approves Monroe County Ordinance 018-1993 which adopts land use district map amendments and a text amendment. This ordinance is consistent with the principles for guiding development for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern.
