9J-14.0091. Rejection of Amendments to the Monroe County Comprehensive Plan (Transferred)

  • 1(1) Ordinance 022-1989. The Department of Community Affairs has determined that the following amendments to the Monroe County Land Use District Map, referenced in Ordinance number 022-1989, are not in conformance with Chapter 28-29, Florida Administrative Code, and are therefore denied: 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 15, 17, 32, 37, 49, 55A, 57, 58, 59, 64, 69, 75, 84, 89, 93, 103, 104.

    64(2) Ordinance 020-1989. The Department of Community Affairs has determined that the following amendments to the Monroe County Land Use District Map, referenced in Ordinance number 020-1989, are not in conformance with Chapter 28-29, Florida Administrative Code, and are therefore denied: 42, 141, 180.

    108(3) Ordinance 002-1991. The Department of Community Affairs has determined that Ordinance 002-1991 adopting the Monroe County Comprehensive Plan is not in compliance with the Principles for Guiding Development for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern, Section 147380.0552(7), F.S.

    149(4) Ordinance 025-1991. The Department of Community Affairs has determined that Ordinance 025-1991, amending the Monroe County Land Use District Map Plan, is not in compliance with the Principles for Guiding Development for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern, Section 191380.0552(7), F.S.

    193(5) Ordinance 004-1995. The Department of Community Affairs rejects the land development regulations in Monroe County Ordinance 004-1995. Ordinance 004-1995 adopts a Land Use District Map Amendment and is not consistent with the principles for guiding development for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern, Section 240380.0552(7), 241Florida Statutes.
