9J-22.024. Rejection of Amendments to the City of Key West Land Development Regulations (Transferred)

1Resolution 94-49. The Department of Community Affairs rejects the City of Key West’s land development regulation adopted by Resolution 94-49. Resolution 94-49 provides for the licensing of guesthouse units currently existing and specifies criteria for inspection and licensing of guesthouse units. The Department of Community Affairs has determined that this land development regulation is inconsistent with the Principles for Guiding Development for the City of Key West Area of Critical State Concern, Chapter 28-36, F.A.C.
