NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 40 No. 202, October 16, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
61E1-3.001 Fees; License Renewal; Active, Inactive and Delinquent Licenses; Change of Status.
(1) The following fee schedule is adopted by the department:
(a) through (b) No change.
(c) Delinquency fee Delinquent

(d) through (k) No change
(l) To add or change a Financially Financial Responsible Officer
$100.00
(m) through (p) No change.
(q) Reinstatement due to illness or / economic hardship
$250.00
(2) through (6) No change.
(7) To reinstate a license from null and & void status due to illness or economic hardship, the department shall require the applicant to pay an application fee, a reinstatement fee, and an unlicensed activity fee and to complete one cycle of biennial comply with the continuing education requirements for renewal as follows: of Section 455.271(10), F.S.
(a) For an asbestos consultant, the applicant shall complete 4 days of refresher courses related to any of the courses outlined in Section 469.005(2), F.S., which have been approved by the department.
(b) For an asbestos contractor, the applicant must complete 2 days of an asbestos abatement project management and supervisor refresher course which has been approved by the department.
