Rules 63D-13.0025 (Comprehensive Evaluation) and 63D-13.0053 (Holding Cells) were workshopped and included in the published text of the rule chapter, but were omitted from the listing of new rule sections. These two rule sections have now been added to the listing and, along with the other rule sections in chapter 63D-13, will be addressed at the hearing on February 20 at 10:00 a.m. at DJJ Headquarters, if such hearing is requested.
