SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of stage fire sprinkler system with the project budget not to exceed $50,000 per project at each school. DCPS Facilities Department reserves the right to award each school’s project individually or collectively in groups to multiple bidders, whichever is in the best interest of the District. All contractors that are interested in bidding are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference to be held on February 3, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room 538, Duval County Public Schools Administration Building located at 1701 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32207. Failure to attend the pre-bid conference shall result in disqualification of that firm’s proposal. Attendees will be required to sign an attendance register. All contractors submitting proposals and bids must be pre-qualified with Duval County Public Schools at the time of the ITB Response Due Date.
