    62-522.300: General Provisions for Ground Water Permitting and Monitoring

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on November 29, 2007, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for FMC Corporation seeking a variance from the prohibition from a zone of discharge under subsection 62-522.300(3), F.A.C., for the use of Dissolvine® E-FE-13 to clean up sites that are contaminated with chlorinated ethenes, phenolics, polyaromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum hydrocarbons, and other chemicals. The petition has been assigned OGC File No. 07-2163.
