NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Real Estate Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Zachary Davis-Walker, Esq., filed on December 4, 2017. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Sections 475.181 and 475.183, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.
Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Commission as to whether he would have to activate his sales associate license in petitioner’s current capacity as a public administrator for a Florida municipality, to comply with the above-referenced statutes. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
