NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 24, 2018, the Board of Pharmacy, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Eric L. Harris, seeking a variance or waiver of the requirement of paragraph 64B16-26.351(1)(e), Florida Administrative Code, which states that pharmacy technician training programs must be approved on or before April 1, 2017, by the Florida Commission for Independent Education (CIE).
