NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Office of Financial Regulation has received the petition for declaratory statement from HAPUS, LLC. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Title 38 (Banks and Banking), Chapters 658 (Banks and Trust Companies) and 660 (Trust Business), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
