Notice is hereby given that the Board of Pharmacy has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Vicki McConnell, Pharm. D., on behalf of Florida Hospital Home Infusion, LLP, on October 25, 2013. The Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Board with regard to Chapter 893.02, F.S. The petitioner seeks the agency’s opinion as to whether it is mislabeling if the name of a physician, under whose auspices an ARNP practices, appears on the prescription label as the prescriber rather than that of the ARNP who wrote the prescription. The board will address this at the next available board meeting.
Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
