    The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

    On January 26, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of subsection 67-21.026(10), F.A.C., from Boca Ciega Partner TC, LP, allowing Petitioner to continue to use its existing stipulated sum construction contract in lieu of a guaranteed maximum price contract. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on January 8, 2018, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on January 10, 2018 in Vol. 44, Number 07, F.A.R.
