    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Wanda L. and S. Ken Gray, on December 19, 2013.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subparagraph 489.103(7)(a)1. FS as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioners seek interpretation of subparagraph 489.103(7)(a)1. FS, regarding whether a condo unit owner qualifies under the exemption in subparagraph 489.103(7)(a)1. to pull a permit as the unit owner for renovations costing less than $75,000. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
