    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Kraig Mackett on behalf of LivingSpace Sunrooms, LLC, on December 2, 2010. It was assigned the number DCA10-DEC-248.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 9N-3, F.A.C. as it applies to the petitioner.
    The Petitioner asks whether his products fall within the scope of Chapter 9N-3, F.A.C. The Petitioner designs and builds custom sunroom systems that are pre-cut and shipped in knock-down format to a dealer/contractor, who constructs the sunroom on the purchaser’s building site. Each sunroom comes with site-specific drawings that are stamped by a professional engineer licensed in Florida.
