NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 19, 2008, the Suwannee River Water Management District, received a petition for variance from Reva Jane Hamilton, 6790 Tree Top Court, Keystone Heights, FL 32656, pursuant to Section 120.542, F.S. This is an addendum to a petition that was noticed on November 21, 2008, Vol. 34, No. 47, Florida Administrative Weekly. Petitioner is additionally seeking a variance from paragraph 40B-4.3020(1)(c), F.A.C., as to the requirements for site plan and paragraph 40B-4.3020(1)(d), F.A.C., as to the requirements for building plan. The property owner constructed an unpermitted structure in Madison County, in Township 1 North, Range 11 East, Section 8. These rules are intended to set forth criteria for development activities within a Work of the District.
