GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Closed door attorney-client session pursuant to Section 286.011(8), F.S., to discuss strategy related to litigation expenditures and/or settlement negotiations in SWFWMD v. Parsons Water & Infrastructure, Inc. (13th Judicial Circuit, Case No. 14CA001631). The subject matter shall be confined to the pending litigation.
