    RULE NO.:RULE TITLE:

    25-17.0021Goals for Electric Utilities

The Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) hereby gives notice: on October 2, 2013, Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) voluntarily withdrew its Petition for waiver from subsections 25-17.0021(2) and (3), Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), filed August 28, 2013, in Docket No. 130204-EM. Subsection 25-170021(2), F.A.C., requires the Florida Public Service Commission to set conservation goals for utilities subject to the Florida Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (FEECA) every five years. Subsection 25-170021(3), F.A.C., requires each FEECA utility to propose numerical conservation goals and projections for a ten year period based on certain enumerated criteria. Because OUC withdrew its Petition for waiver from subsections 25-17.0021(2) and (3), F.A.C., no determination was necessary by the Commission. Notice of the petition was published in the F.A.R. on September 6, 2013, Vol. 38, No. 174.

A copy of the Order or additional information may be obtained from the Office of Commission Clerk, 2540 Shumard Oak Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0850, (850)413-6770.
