NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 10, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from River Oaks Partners, Ltd., requesting to waive subsection 67-21.026(10), F.A.C., which no longer allows the use of a stipulated sum contract in contracting with general contractors.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
