Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 9, 2013, the Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board has received the Petition for Declaratory Statement from John Rambow on behalf of 3M. The petitioner seeks the Board’s interpretation as to whether 3M would be required to hire a Florida licensed electrical contractor in order to provide the services outlined in the petition.
Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
