    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Bank of America on August 21, 2017. The following is a summary of the agency’s disposition of the petition:

    Petitioner requested an answer to the following question, based upon the description of its project included with the petition: Would Sections 2902.3, Florida Building Code, Building, 5th Edition (2014), and 403.3, Florida Building Code, Plumbing, 5th Edition (2014), require public toilet facilities to be included in unstaffed, climate controlled, interior vestibules if two 50 square foot private booths with video conferencing capabilities were added to each site? On October 10, 2017, the Commission provided the following answer: Yes, pursuant to Section 2902.3, Florida Building Code, Building, 5th Edition (2014), and Section 403.3, Florida Building Code, Plumbing, 5th Edition (2014), public toilet facilities are required for the project in question
