NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has declined to rule on the petition for declaratory statement filed by DALK Land LP on June 22, 2017. The following is a summary of the agency’s declination of the petition:

Petitioner is the owner of land adjacent to a site where it states construction has been ongoing since 2007. Petitioner sought review of multiple past actions of the local enforcement authority pertaining to the builder's project. The Commission found that the petition failed to meet statutory and rule requirements, and declined to issue a declaratory statement.
