REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE 287.055
Pursuant to Florida Statute 287.055 and 255.103, Jackson County Hospital District is seeking Professional Engineering services to develop a design criteria package as identified in Florida Statute §287.055(1)(j) for a proposed renovation of the surgery suite with significant changes to the energy supply and distribution riser within the central energy plant, the boiler room and the chiller building. All work will be completed at 4250 Hospital Drive Marianna Florida 32446 The successful firm shall be selected through the Competitive Selection Process identified in Florida Statute §287.055. The terms of the Request for Qualifications will be available on October 27th, 2014. Interested firms may contact M. G. Martin, project manager for facilities development, Jackson County Hospital District, (850)718-2810. The deadline for submission is 5:00 p.m. CST on November 26th, 2014. The Jackson Hospital Board of Trustees will meet during the week of January 28th, 2015 to select the Professional Engineering firm for this project.
