NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Business and Professional Regulation has received a petition for declaratory statement from Robert R. Sheppard on October 12, 2015. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of chapter 468, part XV, Florida Statues, and Rules 61-30.102, 61-30.503, 61-30.801 through 61-30.806 and 61-30.811, F.A.C., as they apply to the petitioner.

The petition seeks clarification regarding the Final Order Denying Petition for Declaratory Statement issued by the agency in DS 2014-156, and continuing education requirements for home inspection licensees.
