PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Revisions to Chapter 62-604, F.A.C., are being considered to ensure the proper collection and transmission of domestic wastewater.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The Department is proposing amendments to Chapter 62-604, F.A.C., entitled Collection Systems and Transmission Facilities, to update provisions, streamline processes, improve domestic wastewater collection and transmission, and implement the relevant requirements of Florida’s Clean Water Ways Act (Chapter 2020-150, Laws of Florida).
