NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on October 14, 2008, the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission, received a petition for waiver of subsection 11B-27.002(4), F.A.C., from Bobby J. Lingold. Petitioner seeks a waiver of the rule requiring employment within four years of beginning basic recruit training. Petitioner wishes to have an extra year from the date of the Commission vote to become employed.
