NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Shawn J. Riley. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsection 489.105(3) and paragraph 489.105(3)(m), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks a determination from the Board regarding whether Emergency Mitigation Services (removal of insulation, drywall, cabinets, plumbing supplies, drains and fixtures required to mitigate damages) requires licensure of a Certified Division 1 or 2 Contractor. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
