NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTIFICATION (FCEN)
RIVER GROVE MOBILE HOME VILLAGE (MHV), INC.
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that River Grove MHV project involving the construction of approximately 3,300 feet of water main within public right-of-way to connect to the Barefoot Bay water system and decommissioning and demolition of the existing Water Treatment Plant is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The estimated project cost is $502,200. The project may qualify for Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
