NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Physical Therapy Practice has received the petition for declaratory statement from Luis F. de la Cruz, Esq. on behalf of Saber College, filed on October 7, 2013. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 486.102, Florida Statutes as it applies to the petitioner.
The petition seeks the Board’s interpretation of Section 486.102, Florida Statutes, and the determination that Saber College’s physical therapist assistant students may be eligible for licensure pursuant to section 486.102, Florida Statutes, as amended by Chapter 2013-093, Laws of Florida. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
