    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 03, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from Woodland Park Redevelopment I, LLC requesting to waive subsection 67-48.002(95), F.A.C., to waive the 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan’s prohibition from returning its 2016 Housing Credit Allocation prior to the last quarter of 2018.
