NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 05, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from River Oaks Partners, Ltd. requesting to waive paragraph 67-48.0072(17)(h) and subsection 67-48.002(5), F.A.C., to waive the requirement requiring a general contract may not subcontract to an “affiliated” entity as defined in the Rules.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
