NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 9, 2015, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Summerset Apartments, L.P. , requesting a Waiver from paragraph 67-48.004(14)(g), F.A.C. (2011) which would allow it to amend its application to RFA 2013-001 to change the Development Type.
