    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 6, 2015, the Construction Industry Licensing Board received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from James Bifulco. The petitioner seeks a declaratory statement to clarify whether a general contractors license is required to construct temporary structures such as outrigger safety netting, perimeter guardrails and netting systems, protection decks and scaffolds used to stage significant material loads, and shaft and floor hold opening protections used in the course of constructing residential and commercial buildings greater than 1, 2, or 3 family dwellings, and greater than 3 stories in height.. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
