NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 41 No. 191, October 1, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The purpose of this notice of correction is to strike changes regarding religious affiliation in the assisted living facility applications that were reflected in the notice of change published in the Vol. 41 No. 217, November 6, 2015, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The religious affiliation language will revert back to that in the proposed notice.
