The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On October 30, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting the waiver from subsection 67-48.0072(26), Florida Administrative Code (06/23/2020) for Silver Lakes Village VOA Affordable Housing, LP, allowing Petitioner to extend its loan closing deadline from October 31, 2023, to April 30, 2024. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on September 28, 2023, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on September 29, 2023 in Vol. 49, Number 190 F.A.R.
