The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On October 30, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting the waiver from subsection 67-48.002(96), Florida Administrative Code (2021) and Section II.J. of the 2021 QAP for Beacon at Creative Village Partners, Ltd., allowing Petitioner to exchange its present allocation of housing credits for an allocation of 2023 housing credits. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on October 6, 2023, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on October 9, 2023 in Vol. 49, Number 196 F.A.R.
