PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes a rule amendment that updates the rule to be consistent with the language of the laws implemented and designates additional continuing education options for providers and licenses.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The proposed rule amendment addresses the minimum time block for continuing education course or program.
