PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The District’s Applicant’s Handbook is incorporated by reference in Rule 40D-2.091(1)(a), F.A.C. The Applicant’s Handbook Section 4.1.1.2 and Section 3.9.2.4.2 are being amended to make necessary changes to metering requirements and conservation credit calculations. Rule 40D-2.091(1)(a), F.A.C. must be updated to incorporate the revised version of the Applicant’s Handbook.
